Early Childhood Teacher, Early Intervention Therapist
Rosann has had over 25 years experience working in the Early Childhood profession and holds a Diploma in Children’s Services and a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood). Throughout her time in the Early Childhood profession she has been in various roles including Director of an Early Childhood Service, an Early Childhood teacher and an Inclusion Support Worker. It is her experience from working within these varied roles and settings that has enabled her to gain a wide understanding of the needs of children and families with diverse abilities. Rosann is skilled at identifying developmental norms and implementing goal based Early Intervention Therapy for children in their early years before they start school.
Rosann is a passionate advocate for all children, particularly those on the Autism Spectrum. She has a strong belief that a relationship with children and families built on mutual trust, honesty and a genuine interest, is the foundation of a successful therapeutic relationship.
