Fees and Rebates

Our Fees and Funding Options

  • Our fees are structured based on the specific service components you require, ensuring you only pay for what you need. Rates will vary depending on whether the service is a general consultation, therapy, or a complex assessment (e.g., Psychological Assessment vs. Educational Assessment). Please contact us for a detailed quote based on your unique needs.
  • Our standard consultation fees are set below the recommended scheduled fee published by the Australian Psychological Society (APS). We are committed to making expert psychological care both high-quality and financially accessible to our clients.
  • We aim to make payment hassle-free. Depending on your individual funding situation (e.g., NDIS, Medicare, private), payment for your session is typically due on the day of your appointment. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Card, or Bank Transfer.
  • Aspiration Education and Development Clinic (AEDC) is affiliated with a wide range of funding providers to make our services accessible. This includes Medicare and most Private Health Funds. We encourage you to contact us with your specific funding details to confirm your eligibility and rebate amount.
