Registered Counsellor
Radhika is a compassionate and committed psychotherapist whose therapeutic values are deeply rooted in person-centred principles. Radhika holds a Master of Counselling, M.A. in Clinical Psychology (India) and is a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA). With over five years of experience, she has supported adolescents and adults through a wide range of concerns including trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, family and relational challenges, identity exploration, anxiety, and mood-related difficulties.
She believes strongly in each individual’s capacity for self-awareness, growth, and healing, and holds deep respect for their inner resourcefulness. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, attuned to the client’s unique needs and lived experiences. Radhika integrates a range of therapeutic frameworks including attachment-based work, inner child therapy, and elements of psychodrama, with a systemic lens that honours the cultural and familial context of her clients.
In her work with children, Radhika has incorporated play and art-based interventions to support emotional expression, insight and healing. She has experience supporting children with neurodevelopmental needs, particularly in school-based settings, and brings a gentle, individualised approach to her work with younger clients and their families.
Radhika sees therapy as a space for self-reflection and connection, one that can offer clients a new, secure template for relating to themselves and to others. She continues to engage in ongoing professional development and hopes to contribute meaningfully to both her clients’ growth and the broader therapeutic community.
